Payment Helps for Credit card

There is 2 cases of your problem. Please check it and follow our instruction:


Case 1 : Your card was charged and your order is still failed:

1. Take your card and get your bank phone number on your card.

2. Call to them and tell them about this transaction. You must advise them that this is trusted seller and you want to pay.

3. Then request your bank to release that payment to us. And get back to us and provide us information about your conversation

4. We will check with our payment gateway to confirm your order.


Case 2 : Your order is failed and you is not charged:

1. Take your card and get your bank phone number on your card.

2. Tell them that this transaction is trusted. Request them to approve our merchant id in your card account.

3. Make your new order with that card.
