Agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and Premiumkey.co, the operator of www.premiumkey.co. By using the site or buying from it, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

What we sell

We resell premium access to file-hosting services. We do not sell content or files. You must not use any service you buy from us to download or upload copyrighted material without the owner's permission, or any illegal or pornographic material. If you do, you alone are responsible for the legal and financial consequences.

Ordering and delivery

  1. Choose a product and complete the checkout steps.
  2. Pay. When the payment is confirmed, the order is complete.
  3. We send the key or account to your email. See Delivery for timings.

Check your email address before you pay. If you give a wrong address and ask us to change it, we charge $5 for each change after the first mistake.

Availability

We aim to be available 24/7, but connection problems or maintenance can make our site or a file-hosting service temporarily unavailable.

Payment and security

Card payments are processed by a secure third-party gateway and we do not keep your card details. The site uses encrypted HTTPS connections. To protect the card owner, we may ask for proof of identity, such as a photo of an ID or a recent card statement. This is done once.

Expiry of keys

A premium key or account has an expiry date set by the file-hosting service. Ask the service for details about its terms.

Refunds

Refunds are given only when the service does not work, as described in our refund policy. Digital keys cannot be returned once delivered.

Our responsibility

We resell access; the file-hosting services run their own platforms. Technical problems with a service must be reported to that service. We help with payment and delivery problems.

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for actions of other providers, for incorrect information supplied by you, for equipment failure, for events outside our control, or for indirect losses such as lost profit or lost data. Our liability for any failure is limited to the amount you paid for the affected product. The site and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and we do not promise that they will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Indemnity

You agree to defend us and our affiliates against claims or damages that arise from your use of the service or your breach of these terms.
