How your order is delivered

The key or account is sent by email to the address you entered at checkout, and to your mobile number if you provided one. A copy is also stored in your account on this site: sign in and open your order history.

How long it takes

• Online payments: usually within 2 hours during opening hours, and no later than 24 hours.
• Opening hours: 08:00 to 23:00 (GMT+7). Orders paid outside these hours are processed when we open.
• Manual payment methods can take longer because we have to confirm the payment ourselves.

What you need to do

• Enter a valid email address. We cannot deliver to an address that does not work, and we cannot be responsible for a mistyped address.
• Check your spam or junk folder if the email does not arrive.
• If you have received nothing after 48 hours, contact us with your order number.

Manual payment methods

If you pay by a method that needs manual confirmation, write the payment details in the Order Notes field at checkout (for example the email or wallet number you paid from). Without them we cannot match your payment to your order.

PayPal disputes

If you open a PayPal dispute on an order, the keys from that order are disabled and your account is permanently blocked from buying again. We may also ask the file-hosting service to disable the account. If there is a problem with an order, contact us first.
